Suzette is an independent coffee shop known for its crêpes and galettes. During COVID-19, Suzette played a crucial role in building a sense of community in Battersea Square. In 2022, the team opened a new café in South Kensington to reach a wider audience while preserving its core values and community spirit.
Crafting a Warm and Flavoured Space
Working closely with Suzette, we helped craft a strategy for delivering French savoir-faire to London's SW community. Translating it into a refreshed and detailed brand identity, blending a friendly tone with an authentic feel. The process involved introducing a visual language featuring bespoke illustrations encapsulating Suzette's most famous products. We also curated a refined colour palette inspired by their crockery, with a homage to the traditional blackboard, to ensure consistency across all platforms.
Reaching a New Audience
Implementing this new strategy resulted in a significant increase in engagement by 45% and bookings by 34%, showcasing the success of our comprehensive and thoughtful approach.
